All teachers here at Graceview work together because we believe that "teamwork makes the dream work"! Together we are raising the bar to make a difference!
All of our teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, as well as comply with the Texas Minimum Standards For Child Care and receive 24 hours of training every school year.

Lauren Wood,
Director
Lauren grew up here at Graceview and is so excited for the opportunity to invest in the amazing staff and precious students here in the ELC. She graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University, and has been working with kids for the past 18 years - serving in many capacities at Christian summer camps, on staff at Churches, and through non-profit organizations. Lauren loves leading Chapel and getting to play with the kids during recess! She is passionate about sharing God’s love and serving the ELC families with excellence. Laffy Taffy jokes, her nieces, chocolate, being in nature, riding bikes, listening to music, and running are a few things that make her heart happy!
Kristi Norton,
Assistant Director
Kristi, mom of 4, has been working with kids and their families in different schools and churches for over 20 years now. She is passionate about Jesus, teaching kids about His love for them, and sharing her love of music with them! Kristi is involved in a local theater company and leads youth theater camps as well. Her newest role as "Grammie", to her first grandson, brings her heart great joy! She does miss the beautiful beaches of California, but is really looking forward to great things ahead here at Graceview ELC! A few other things that make Kristi happy: the smell of Downy (because it's clean and fresh), tacos (and not just on Tuesday's!), and just spending time with her amazing kids!
